Red Oxide Primer
GENERAL DISCRIPTION: One Decor Red Oxide Primer is specially designed alkyd-based adhesion primer for iron and steel. Pigmented with red iron oxide, it is suitable for use on interior / exterior ferrous metal-work where an economical finish with superior anti-corrosion protection is required. MAJOR USES: One Decor Red Oxide Primer can be used for all types of steel structure and iron works. SURFACE PREPARATION: Great attention should be paid to correct surface preparation, as this is the single most important step in your quest to protect your precious metal work against rust. The surface should be clean and dry. Prior to painting, ensure that all traces of grease, dust, oil, wax, moisture and grit are completely removed. Use a suitable oil and grease remover, if necessary. Previously painted surfaces and all loose and flaking material should be removed by scraping and wire brushing. Partly corroded bare metal should be removed by blast cleaning. AVAILABLE COLORS: Red, Grey and White PACKING: Available in 3.64 liters gallon and 19-20 liters drum HEALTH PRECATION: One Decor Red Oxide If contact with eyes / skin occurs, wash well with water and seek immediate medical advice. To remove paint splashes from skin, use water and soap or a recognized cleaner. If ingestion occurs, seek immediate medical advice. In the event of spillage, contain and collect spillage using sand and soil. Protect the product from extreme temperatures. Do not use empty container for food storage.
Under Coat Primer
DECOR Synthetic Undercoat is a top quality under coat for wood, wall and metal surfaces. It provides excellent smooth surface for finishing with the whole range of synthetic Enamel. PROCESS Surface must be clean, dry and should be primed where necessary. The product is ready for use by brush & spray. For easy application add upto 10% good quality mineral turpentine. Allow the surface to dry overnight. Scuff lightly with 320 grade emery paper. Remove all powdery residues with a petrol soaked cloth before application of synthetic enamels.
