One Decor High Gloss Wood Lacquer: Quick drying NC Based lacquer designed to provide excellent glossy hard and flexible finish of wood surfaces sealed with sanding sealer. its scratch and stain resistant. MAINE USES: Wood Furniture industry, brush making. tools. toys sports goods and other wooden or veneered surfaces inside the house. COVERING CAPACITY: 10-11m2 / liter per coat ( 10-15 microns per coat ) DRYING TIME: Surface Dry: 0-25 Minutes Hard Dry: 4-5 Hours Recoatability: 30-35 minutes FINISH: Glossy SURFACE PREPARATION: Wood must be very well seasoned and fully dried. Ensure the surface is uniform and smooth which can be achieved by sanding with coarse emery paper and if required mechanical sander should be used to removed imperfection on the surface. APPLICATION: Apply two coats of One decor wood sealer allowing 30 minutes between coats. let it dry for 4-5 hours and scuff it with suitable emery paper. remove the loose dust resulting from sanding. on sealed surface spray 2-3 coats of one decor clear wood lacquer after thinning 1:1 (by volume) with decor N/C thinner. PRECAUTION: 1. Keep paint container air tight after use. 2. Keep it away from open flame 3. where the painting is in progress ensure adequate ventilation.
